Jay is the oldest son to Jimmy & Wanda Matthews, Husband to Sara and brother to Chris. Jay has spent his career working his way up from a field laborer to now the President of the company.

Sara is the wife of Jay Matthews and has spent most of her career in accounting at our company. She trained under Wanda Matthews for many years and is now the Chief Financial Officer & one of the Stockholders.

Chris is the youngest son of Jimmy & Wanda Matthews and brother to Jay. He has worked in the field in many rolls throughout his career, including hauling our heavy equipment, looking after our truck drivers and helping to maintain our equipment. Chris is now one of the stockholders of the company and helps Jay & Sara make decisions affecting the company and watches over the maintenance of our equipment and facilities

John started his career right out of high school, working his way up to VP of operations. John now runs the entire operation outside of the office, keeping our guys moving in the right direction. John also works closely with Jay to make decisions on many different parts of the businesses operations. Jay considers John as a brother, a partner and biggest asset to the company
